We met designer Linnea so she can review our current kitchen layout, listen to our preliminary thoughts of the new kitchen and give her an opportunity to ask questions to ensure she understands what we like & don’t like. After the initial meeting, Linnea sent an email with a 10-minute video walkthrough of her 3D kitchen design proposal. She explained every item in her proposal & how it addresses our needs & wants. The tear out and delivery of our new cabinets was well coordinated so that a dumpster was not needed.

“Totally renovated my 28-year-old builder grade kitchen in 2022. After much research I selected Robert Warren of Detail Design & Remodeling to do the renovation after meeting him at a home show. Because of the pandemic it took almost a year for the job to begin as appliances and other replacements were hard to get and other customers were ahead of me. Dreaded the two months that I would be without a kitchen. When the job did begin, it was a great experience and worth the wait. Robert Warren did the design work and provided extensive drawings and video of my future kitchen. He was the consummate professional and extremely likeable and talented beyond my expectations. I was thrilled as I got my dream kitchen using photos I had collected for years. When the work began, the Perez family (father & son) did all the work except the countertop and tile work. My entire kitchen except appliances were disassembled and neatly removed from the property the first day. Even the tile on the walls was removed attached to the sheet rock and new sheet rock installed without a mess. I never had a dumpster. The Perez family were awesome master craftsmen and the custom cabinets, trim, and crown molding were beautiful and the workmanship outstanding. The cabinets were solid ash with tongue in groove soft close drawers and doors. The Perez family were exceptionally respectful and incredibly neat, cleaning up each day before they left. I got so attached to them that I really missed them when they were finished but plan to use Detail Design & Remodeling for a future job so they can return.
Detail Design & Remodeling only used contractors for installation of the countertop and the tile. Both of whom are the absolute best at what they do. The countertop was Cambria Brittanicca Gold Quartz from the contractor who made the template, cut the slab, created the ogee edge, polished, and installed. My designer and I were able to position the template on the quartz slab to get the design we wanted with the veining. The countertop is breathtaking and the one seam is invisible. The tile man was also a perfectionist and the backsplash and floor are stunning. As a part of the mastery, he tiled under the appliances and made the transition from tile to the wood floor seamless even though it was irregular and flawed.
My kitchen is so beautiful that I sit and stare months after completion. If you want beauty, efficiency, and perfection without stress, I highly recommend Robert Warren and his company, Detail Design & Remodeling.”
